JOB DETAIL :

When I arrive I would collect the clipboards for the dailies department, look through my emails, and prepare the call sheet, the camera reports, the sound reports, and the editor's log, in order for the dailies operators to use and perform their task. I would create the work orders for each show so the operators can perform their task. I would also work in the vault, intaking packages, hard drives, and LTOs. I order food for clients and operators, and create expense reports. I create assets through the online asset tracking program in the vault, and I create visual effects work orders for the dubs department.

JOB DETAIL

I would arrive to the job site on time, put on my hair-net and beard guard, then I would sanitize my hand, and then put on my coveralls. Then my rubber gloves, once that is done, I would enter the clean room where I would be testing the electrodes that are being made. When I walk in, I sanitize my station, then get my disinfect water. Next, I log into the Camstar account, the training viewer, and load up the associated documents needed to do the job. Then I set up my area to test how many ohms are running through the electrode wires. For every reading I get, I record them in camstars online tracker. I would do those 16 times for one electrode. If I had no electrodes to test, I would make the silicone rubber used to encapsulate the materials to make the electrode. If I was not doing that, I was checking the finished product thought the x-ray machine to make sure everything was up to par.

Machine operator: At arrival I would unload the Machines and load them back up while checking the product for unwanted defect. Then I would load up the program needed to be ran by the machines. then I would start the machines. I would do this task on 10 to 12 machines.

Packaging: Once I was done with the Machines, I would head over to the back to help with Packaging. I would first print out the labels needed to package. The. I would place the stickers on the bubble wrapped filled package, then I would pull the correct amount of the product that was needed to be placed in each packaging by counting them out or weighing the product. Then I would place them on the area to be shipped.
