Healthper’s Healthngage product is being developed to simplify the configuration of our client’s customer portals. I am responsible for managing the team that works on new product features and also the team that works to provide support, maintenance, and custom configurations of the Healthngage product. As part of my role, I have to work with on-shore technical staff and off-shore consulting teams. The activity involves project planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and working alongside the team members to identify any process gaps. In my role, I also work with the customer account manager to understand the business requirements and develop the roadmap to address the development of the features to address the requirements.
