Hello, my name is Justin Aguirre, I am 23 years old, and my first experience in the work force, was working as a Swing Manager at McDonalds for 5 years. In the year 2020, I was fortunate enough to win my stores Employee of The Year. I mainly worked the closing shift, everyday responsibilities included, being in charge of running all employee breaks, maintaining the cleanliness of our workspace, positioning all employees in the correct position for success, and overall build a personal connection with all customers, to ensure that their experience when visiting our store, is a great one. My time at McDonalds taught me many valuable skills, including multi-tasking, time management, leadership skills, and how to work and thrive in a team environment. While working as a full-time employee, I was also attending my local community college, College of The Canyons, where I earned my associates degree in Business Administration. After my 5 year tenure working at McDonalds, I transitioned my interest into the field of Law Enforcement, training to become a Deputy Sheriff. I was accepted to Class #465 of The Sheriffs Academy stationed in Whittier. Their I was honored to learn many strong character traits, including attention to detail, understanding the importance of consistency, and critical thinking and problem solving skills. The academy being a 6 month journey, unfortunately 3 months in, I withdrew myself from the academy, for personal reasons, that required me to find work immediately closer to home, to help and support my family. After the academy, I found work at Bloomingdales in Sherman Oaks, working as a Sales Professional in the mens department, in a commission based job. Working in that competitive environment made me a more mentally tough individual, and expanded my communication and sales skills each and everyday. Building customer relations was a key component of my job task, greeting everyone with a smile, and warm approach, was critical, understanding that people form an opinion of you, within the first few seconds. Finding common interest and similarities with the customer would spark the foundation of a relationship being formed between me and the customer. While at Bloomingdales, I was enrolled in a real estate pre- licensing course, and after accumulating all 45 hours from each of the 3 courses and signing up to take the California Real Estate Exam. I was exalted to say that I passed my first attempt, and was an official Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the state of California. I am an individual that strongly believes in self improvement, finding your inspiration and what motivates you, and use that as fuel to attack each and everyday with a purpose. I am never comfortable with achievements that I have garnered, I always want to continue to do more, and continue to dream bigger and higher. Willing to relocate: Anywhere
