Returned to Brookdale after having Heart transplant to Queen Anne Building for a very short time. Then transferred to Brookdale Home Health. Queen Anne Brookdale was sold shortly after, and I wanted to Stay with Brookdale, so I went to Home Health. They treated me above and beyond while I was sick, my loyalty will always be Brookdale.
