CAREER SUMMARY

I have authored several systems and procedures on industrial safety. The innovative and practical techniques are fruits of my experience; these suggestions have improved overall safety and in addition have contributed to reduce workplace incidents and increase productivity.

I have complied Occupational Health & Safety manuals & project reports, which has been an asset to Safety, Health and Environment fraternity. These are in compliance to National and international standards. I have also initiated Health and wellness program on construction sites. Which has in turn promoted HSE aspects on construction projects. I am presently the content writer for Safety News Letter in my company.

My latest exposure has been Working & Training with DUPONT and formulating EHS policy, conducting Safety audits, training and documentation as per OHSAS requirements. Having worked on construction projects owned and managed by Reliance Industries Ltd, Larsen &Toubro Ltd, Sap Laps, Intel, TATA BP SOLAR, Roads& Highways, Metro Rail (elevated+UG) Mumbai Airport and High-Rise building. Hence I have gained knowledge and experience of Safety in diverse construction works. I have track record of Winning Award for SAFETY projects.

Besides the above I have demonstrated skills and ability to design, erect, install commission and maintain all types of safety, security and life safety systems confirming to quality as per ISO,ISI, NBC, FM, NFPA, CE standards. I have also developed and completed working manual for erection and commission of fire protection systems, which has been a practical handbook to professionals in the field of life safety techniques. This compilation is a wealth to industry, As it is not available in most companies due to lack of proper enforcement by the government

LECTURES

I am a faculty to many professional bodies and have delivered speeches at state and national levels., I have imparted training to construction personnel of different cadres. I have conducted safety lectures & demonstration on various topics of construction safety. My ability also includes training of professionals in fire/ safety and the correct use of use of personal protective equipment and Behavioral safety matters, I have also proved my ability in coordinating, promoting and leading a success full team towards safe working experience. I have passion for Safety and will campaign for EHS like a yoeman, Since Human wellness is the aim of Safety and Sustainability is the essence of EHS.

I have arranged films shows on safety titles to create awareness for self safety among the employees. This has brought me goodwill from colleagues along with their cooperation for safety related matters. These training programs have been conducted and documented as per corporate requirements and MIS.I have been participating in national seminars /conferences/workshops/training programs for over two decades on CSR like Safety management, Risk management and Disaster management in field of Fire, Safety, Security, Environmental Occupational Health.
