Oversee activities and functions of new construction and renovations throughout South Florida. Management of $2.1 million worth of Commercial and Residential construction and renovation projects. Supervise site work, manage schedules, subcontractors, vendors and material procurement for commercial construction and residential projects.

Youth Camp dormitory construction Project in Argentina. November 5-14, 2017. Overseeing and leading a team of 16 laborers in the construction of dormitories for a Youth Summer Camp. Seven days volunteer project in Buenos Aires.

Burn and Boot Camp in Davie Florida. Completed a $80,000 renovation of facility.

Uncle Bob Storage in Sunrise Florida. Completed a $400,000 renovation of storage units on time and within budget.

As superintendent I was in charge of planning, scheduling and safety execution of the entire aspects of a project, including the delegation of work to all personnel, sub-contractors and trade labors. Determined methods of construction, managed construction schedules and order site equipment and materials.

Ferguson High School. Completed 3 story tilt-up, 34 classroom facility in 9 month and under budget.

St. Regis in Bal Harbour. Involved in phase I construction project including demolition of old structure and site preparation of a $500 million project which included construction of three tower.

Centex Construction, Plantation, Florida. November 2003 – December 2005 Superintendent

Responsible for preparing daily construction logs for ongoing projects, developed and implemented site planning, implemented quality assurance and control procedures, developed and implemented work schedules, coordinated and oversaw the activities of sub-contractors, direct labors and suppliers, maintained OSHA compliances. Supervised crew of up to 100 workers.

Boca High School. Construction of 3 story building. Completed project on time and under budget.

Completed $ 500,000 renovation project for Waterford Nursing Home in Hialeah on time in fully occupied facility.

HFT Quality Construction. Ft. Lauderdale, Florida September 2001 – November 2003 Superintendent

Responsible for analysis of projects, specs review, sub-contractors selection, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance. Supervise crew of up to 50 workers.

Publix Warehouse, Miami. Completed $1 million project on time in an area that was fully occupied 24 hours a day without disrupting operations.

Responsible for supervising and operating residential and commercial construction projects. Supervised crew of up to 30 workers.
