Work Experience

11/6 - 08/15 at Starcrest Products as General Warehouse

Here I learned basic warehouse functions including picking, cleaning, receiving, scanning, and stocking.

9/15 - 12/15 at Ross as PTS Scanner

I was trained on how to use a Gladiator for three days. I type in a location into my Gladiator, scan the UPCs that came with the pallet, head to the appropriate location, insert the number of items stated by the Gladiator into the store carton, and scan the store location. My average performance was usually 100%.

12/15 - 5/16 at Quicksilver as Heavy Lifter

I worked in receiving unloading trucks, organizing cartons onto pallets, palletizing loose freight, checking cartons for errors, and scanning pallets into location. I also work at other departments including tilt tray, wave throw, wave scan, picking, packing, VAS, quality control, and shipping.

6/16 - 1/17 at ResMed as Picker

I worked as a picker primarily, with the company having an emphasis on quality and accuracy because they handled Medical Supplies. My quality was great.

8/18 – 12/18 at College

Was in college and taking care of my demented grandma.

1/19 – 7/19 at P&G as general labor/Crew Lead

Worked general labor at proctor and gamble. I would do various task such as folding boxes into displays, crew leader, organizing product into said displays. Left because it was an unfulfilling job. I would eventually go back.

8/19 – 12/19 at MAT industries as wrapper/strapper

Worked in a place called MAT industries. I would wrap pallets using pallet rotating machine. I would also strap ladders to the pallets. Sometimes, I would offload trucks as well. Left due to workers harassing me. It was a very toxic environment.

2/20-6/20 at UMH as assembler

Was working various jobs. Covid hit the warehouses I usually work at, so jobs weren’t easy to come by. Worked for UMH for a bit. I would assemble pallet racks using a compression powered wrench.

7/20-12/20 at School

School.

1/21-12/21 P&G as Line Lead

Would work at Procter and Gamble again with varying positions. I was a line lead at one point, where I would guide new and veteran workers to assemble displays and place them on a pallet on a conveyer system in boxes. Left because of depression. My father passed away.

1/22-10/22 at Summer Infant as picker

I worked part time at summer infant as a picker, then a pallet walkie rider operator. I would palletize objects for ups and fedex and load them up into the appropriate truck. Left due to no work available.
