I also supported sales executives by providing PowerPoint proofing/formatting and securing printing binding services while ensuring corporate standards were maintained, and the annual CES tech show participation annually. I also processed invoices for payment and following up with accounting when necessary. In addition, I supported the welcoming and onboarding of new executive-level employees.

In prior roles, I supported the CEO of the Early Childhood Investment Corporation with the HR administrative operations of the organization. I provided document management oversight for the Executive Office, including reviewing and logging all communications received from State legislators, and assurance of proper handling of requests for information. During my tenure at Lafarge North America, I supported the President of the Lakes and Seaway Business Unit (annual budget of more than $70m and over 900 staff). I managed the business unit's yearly office budget of more than $500K, which included the events and meetings budgets. While serving at Detroit Public Schools, I served as the Assistant Project Manager 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 Enrollment Campaigns.
