Educated single mother trying to provide a better life for my kids. The gap in my work career was due to mother being diagnosed with ALS. I had to leave my place of employment and move to take care of her, I did that her remaining 4 years until she passed away. She passed during the pandemic so enrolled in DeVry University where I graduated with honors with my associates degree in applied sciences focus on engineering technology. I also got my undergrad for Information technology essentials. I would be a great employee because I am a very patient, empathetic person, and I am always cheering other people on and pushing them to do their best. I think I would greatly motivate my coworkers as I take work very seriously while maintaining an upbeat personality.Al oat every job I've had since 15 emphasized how important and crucial customer service is to any company/ industry. I personally am extremely passionate about customer service jobs, I enjoy the problem solving aspect trying to help someone fix a problem or issue they are facing. When you help reassure the customer that we're doing everything we can to correct their inconvenience and to accommodate and correct whatever issues they're facing. You also have to consider the business and try to ensure the business is still profitable and takes the smallest loss possible financially.
