Created and verified monthly balance sheet and income statement with the CFO. Maintained and edited the credit union’s General Ledger systems and supported staff using General Ledger accounts in DNA, Prologue General Ledger and Vantage Budgeting and Forecasting systems. Expert in the credit union Prologue accounting system, DNA core General Ledger system, ACH origination and Snap Deposit Remote Deposit Capture products. Led contact with credit union state examiners and auditors. Also led credit union’s Connection Center: A team of eight representatives and one supervisor that answer Minnco’s main phone number for member inquiries, questions, and concerns. Director of Development and Operations (February 2002 – November 2002) Responsible for expanding member relationships, development of new relationships, and adding new Select Employee Groups. Developed and wrote a new community Field of Membership business plan. As a member of the Senior Management Team, I oversaw the marketing function and assisted the CEO with overall operations. Recommended loan and deposit rate changes based on ALM principles and competitive market conditions. Coordinated the conversion of the credit union’s ATM and Debit Card base to a new ATM network. Assisted in the build out and move to a new office. It has since merged with Spire Credit Union.
