• Monitor turnover and develop strategies to recruit highly qualified talent for the region.
• Identify top performing associates in the region and develop them for promotion. Compliance and Audit:
• Operate within the Aarons Code of Conduct and hold all associates accountable for the same.
• Confirm company assets are being protected by associates and General Managers.
• Review audit reports and address areas of concern immediately.
