- Responsible for providing support to the Dean of Student Experience and Belonging (DESB)/Student Affairs Division for effective operation of the Division and all of its functions.

- Work closely with the DSEB to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects and new initiatives.

- Perform various coordinating tasks including scheduling and event planning, along with administrative duties including maintaining project documentation, assessments, and handling external communications.

- Work to support the mission of the college and to create an exceptional living and learning environment, build relationships, facilitate student development, and encourage active participation by all community members.
