● Assignments are received from senior management, management, and staff as needed via Email, Teams, text, in person. Some assignments are used to maintain access and equipment for all areas that I support. ● Provide Backup administrative support to areas within Commercial Systems as requested for out-of-office and/or when secondary support as needed. Provides training for new hire I/S admins. and assists I/S admins with escalations of security and workstation support tickets as needed.

● Special Projects as assigned. (Examples include, assisting AIMS Team with quarterly department meetings, created IS Procurement process flow, update Data Security New hire templates with departments (IS Procurement /Asset Services) as needed, created initial Vendor Portfolio’s for VMO by researching Vendor information and sorting through Vendor Survey data.)

● Decides on Events for the Department. This would include researching and presenting event information to AVPs and Directors. Maintaining an event budget and project information - Provides morale boosting and team building activities for staff within the department.

● Recommend seating assignments to department teams to assist with space planning - Ensures that there is appropriate cubicle space for all teams

● Recommend equipment upgrades and equipment for new hires. (examples, doing research on the cost between adding memory to a PC or replacing it if it is out of warranty. Also, recommending the appropriate headsets or peripherals needed for new hires in addition to standard equipment setups) - This could provide cost savings for a team. It could also save time if a team member comes on to the team and does not have the appropriate equipment.
