Manager of Risk Adjustment Operations

●Led a team of 6 risk adjustment professionals, and 3 clinical administrators, in implementing risk adjustment strategies to ensure accurate coding and compliance.

●Developed and executed risk adjustment improvement initiatives resulting in a paid RAF of 1.38 with a documentation error rate of <5%.

●Provided leadership and administrative oversight, program development, and implementation of the Medicare risk adjustment program.

●Analyzed data from payers to identify opportunities and design strategies and processes to assist practice partners with accurate and compliant risk adjustment coding.
