Career History

Heritage Law Office, Searcy, AR. August 2009 to present. After moving to Arkansas and passing the Arkansas bar, I opened a general law practice which increasingly limited itself to collections and probate. Before this date, I maintained a general law practice in California where I am still licensed.

Zarzaur & Schwartz, Birmingham, AL. January 2020 to present. Remote collections work which includes reviewing and approving Arkansas pleadings of debtor cases as well as appearances throughout the state.

Pepperdine University. Florence, Italy. September 1991 to April 1996

Director of European satellite campus. Under my watch, the program grew from 22-25 students to 50-55 students.

Awards and Other Activities

Attorney of the Year, 2004 Eagle Forum.

Teacher of the Year. University of Phoenix, Little Rock 2008. Elected by the students.

Listening With A Heart. Santa Rosa, CA. After completion of a 40 hour training in listening skills, I then completed 40 hours of practicum being present with hospital patients.
