As the AMM my first duty is to safety, reliability, production, and to move all ossicles out of the technician’s way so they can meet daily their objectives. I manage all service as point of contact for all matters relating to the production, contract service agreement, and MHE of a metric driven facility. Establish and maintains effective relationships with all site departments including Operations, Loss Prevention, Engineering, and other departments that support and anticipation, communication and resolution of issues related to plant production and performance. Review service reports and requirements to ensure proactive preparation for daily challenges and demands. Service Director (Senior CPM), Nigeria Liquid Nitrogen Gas Production Plant 450 MW, Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria - 2012—2022 The Service Director (SD) that manages all service and serves as the initial point of contact for matters relating to EHS and the Contract Agreement. Plant is a Simple Cycle power plant that uses 6B and 7EA turbines as the driver. Assumed responsibility for the Plan Maintenance of a 450 MW Power Generating Gas Turbine Utility Plant (10 x 6B’s), Driven Units (12 x 7EA’s), Gas Compressor Units (6 X An200/6 X 2BCL/6 X 3MCL), and BOP. These duties included train and guide the assign Plant Manager through the contract and site requirements, develop and implement a site P&L and budget. GE processes related to power plant operations and maintenance, ensuring EHS and QA procedures are implemented correctly, and ensure plant policies and procedure are in place before COD. Performed all mobilization duties on newly acquired and Greenfield sites both international and domestic. These duties included implementing GE processes related to power plant operations such as, equipment nameplate gathering, developing valve and equipment list, implementing the walk down check out process, QA, EHS, and commissioning. Also included in this process was the rollout of the work instructions templates for procedure development.

Operation and Maintenance Technician (OMT), O&M Granite Service, Worthington, Indiana, USA - 2000 - 2004

Overall supervisor of the plant Operation and Maintenance team consisting of (3) three personnel. Responsible for job order planning and time schedule, plant performance, upkeep, repair and overhauling of the LM6000 engine and BOP. The plant consists of

(4) LM6000 gas turbine, (1) aux boilers, (8) cell cooling tower, and BOP. Machinist Mate, US Navy, Various Location – 1982 - 1998 Worked in various capacity from trainee engineering mechanic to 3rd Class to Chief in the engine room in the mechanical department which includes Startup, operation and maintenance of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Boilers, Diesel Engines, high pressure compressors, Air conditioning and refrigeration machines, Hydraulic machines and small and heavy-duty pumps on board ships. Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective, preventive and schedule maintenance procedure, troubleshooting to actual and potential problems areas and implemented viable solutions. Prepared monthly / annual maintenance Budget for mechanical department, Identifying and sourcing of Parts, Develop and maintain inventory control system, prepare detail reports keep up-to-date records and log of mechanical department. Worked as engineering surveyor in ship building yard for erection, installation, quality control inspection, and commissioning and performance acceptance of new machineries with associated system.
