Was in direct supervision of craft personnel such as electricians, labors, pipefitters, sheetmetal, workers, carpenters and ironworkers. This project completed on 4-11-2024 and I received a layoff.

Site Superintendent, UPF SICD project, Y-12, Aleut Federal, Oak Ridge, TN 02/2022-4/2023

Site Superintendent with oversight for installing utility poles and stringing of utilities at Y-12. Supervising craft personnel such as linemen (MPS) and electricians (Trinity) along with Aleut Federal labors and operators. Upon completion of installing all utility poles messenger cables were strung and fiber optic cable was installed both above ground and underground. Project comprised of 40 + craft personnel.

Site Superintendent, ORNL 7067 Suite Demo Project, Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), Aleut Federal, Oak Ridge, TN; 01/2022 - 02/2022.

Site superintendent with oversight for demoing 5 structures at ORNL. Supervising craft personnel such a labors, operators and electricians along with abatement personnel. After the abatement process was completed, the buildings were demoed and site restored to natural grade with gravel, dirt and or seeded with straw.

Site Superintendent, Aleut Federal, Oak Ridge, TN; 06/2020 - 4/11/2024.

Assigned as a Site Superintendent in support of Oak Ridge operations for projects within the PA at Y-12. Responsibilities include project oversite and daily management for direct hire and subcontractors. Direct liaison to the CNS STR. Manages the projects to the work package documents, maintains the construction schedule and provide daily reporting on progress. Includes assignment of project staff, union craft personnel, and subtracted resources to meet the project schedule. Accountable for ensuring all safety and security requirements are implemented per each specific project's requirements.

Site Superintendent, Building 3001 Oak Ridge Graphite Reactor Roof Refurbishment Project -UCOR/ORNL, Aleut Federal; 8/2020 - 01/2021.

Managed all assignments to union craft work crews, provided technical oversight of primary subcontractor and ensured 100% compliance to all safety and work plan documents. Specific project scope included refurbishment for seven separate roof sections each at a different elevated height with significant elevated work and fall protection safety requirements. Project required significant ingeneration with numerous stakeholders to coordinate work within a Limited Area. This project was accomplished on time and budge while maintaining zero safety or security incidents. Project crew comprised of~ 15 personnel.

Site Superintendent, Outfall 200 Project Environmental Water Sampling Project - DOE EM Prime/ Y-12, Oak Ridge, TN; 08/2019 - 04/11/2024.

Managed implementation of water sampling collection task. Responsibilities includes ensuring sample chain of custody per contractual requirements, completed chain of custody documentation, ensured formal reports were generated and provided to support project deliverables. Project task has had zero safety or security incidents.

Site Superintendent, CAAS Bunker Upgrades Project - CNS, Y-12, Oak Ridge, TN; 06/2020 - 08/2020.

Assigned to manage construction field execution. Held authority for all daily work to project staff and union craft assignments. Responsible for ensuring construction work was performed in accordance with engineered drawings and specifications and conformed with all quality requirements. Project was cancelled prior to full mobilization.

Performed as Security Escort for uncleared personnel into protected areas of Y-12 during construction and demolition projects conducted by CNS direct hire and Subcontractors. Maintained accountability for all personnel, ensured that workers are aware of security requirements at all times. Communicated with plant PSS to identify security situations and directed personnel accordingly. Communicated with project Superintendents to ensure that work was being performed within the security requirements and all personnel remained in the proper locations during the work. Last project overseen was the Kathabar Return and Supply Duct Refurbishment Project and the Kathabar Decking Installation located at Y-12 CNS, Oak Ridge, TN.

Lead Construction Superintendent for commercial construction company providing commercial property development and construction of multi-story commercial buildings located throughout Anderson and Knox Counties. Responsible for all aspects of construction management for projects, including multiple subcontractors and adhering to safety protocols, coordination with all the local government inspectors, permitting, estimates and takeoffs, interface with design engineers, change order management and oversight of actual construction activities. Primary Construction Superintendent during the civil engineering and site work associated with the clearing, grubbing and site preparation of over 10,000 acres for the future Tellico Lake, Loudon County, TN. Managed over 25 heavy equipment operators while portions of land were systematically cleared ensuring all boundaries and elevations were maintained. Worked with TVA civil engineering team on a daily basis. Provided markups to plans where changes were made and submitted for approval. Collaborated on design changes that were necessary when subsurface conditions provided inability to meet specification in drawings.
