Recruited to lead a Finance team of Sr. Financial Analysts (5 – 10 direct reports) to create strong financial processes and reporting for Cell Tower Rent expense organization with multi-billion dollar annual expense stream. Work collaboratively with operational business partners to build a CAPEX and OPEX financial plan aligned with business goals. Create ad-hoc financial models of P/L expenses, KPIs, and cost reduction opportunities showing today’s breakdown of expenses and ideas to reduce future expense outlay.

Help to streamline month-end process, saving hours in manual data manipulation, enabling the business by replacing manual Excel-based spreadsheets with a new SQL database to manage month end records.

Subject matter expert in Budgeting & Forecasting Cell Tower and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) rental expense: Achieve 99% budget accuracy on an annual spend of $400M plus using financial modeling and communicating with operations.
