• Project Management/PMO: designed project governance models. Led projects for multiple companies including planning, execution stakeholder management, risk mitigation etc. Proven track record of managing multiple projects in parallel and delivered on time and on budget or at reduced cost. Projects include: ERP/IT upgrades or implementations (SAP/Oracle…), process re-engineering, pre-acquisition due diligence, post acquisition restructuring, back office/financial re-design, etc.

• Process Re-engineering and Organization Re-design: Led multiple process re-engineering efforts for small and large companies resulting in reduced cost, improved efficiencies, defined KPIs and targeted reporting. Examples include: led design and development of remote drilling centers for petroleum companies resulting in reduced cost and accurate reporting/KPIs, led re-design of CPG company financial and supply chain processes resulting in $100MM savings; led re-design of petroleum industry financial processes and organization structure resulting in streamlined processes and reduced cost

• Company Transformation: led multiple global and regional transformation efforts that included a combination of organization restructure, process re-engineering, cost reduction, KPI formulation and performance metric and reporting. Led large and small teams within multiple industries. IT infrastructure modifications were, in general included in these efforts.

• Cost Reduction: led global multiple company-wide cost reduction efforts: CPG - $50MM savings; Petroleum-

$30MM savings; Insurance-$60MM savings; local government: $5MM savings; Chemical-$10MM savings

• BI Project: Designed, developed and implemented a “remote drilling center” for a company in the Oil/Gas Industry that took data from multiple remote locations into a common data center. This included data analysis, KPI formulation, organizational design, IT assessment-design-implementation, facility design and build. This resulted in over a $100MM savings, streamlined processes and focused reporting

• Supply Chain Process Re-design: led supply chain assessment and re-design for Industrial Manufacturing Company. This included: process assessment through workshops and Work Distribution Analysis, to-be process including KPIs, organizational design, data and reporting structure design and implementation, IT support structure. This resulted in a savings of over $30MM, streamlined processes and focused reporting.

• ERP Implementations: Led SAP implementations multiple clients including Petroleum and industrial manufacturing companies; led one of the largest global Oracle implementations for an industrial manufacturing/technology company; led several SAP restructures due to company divestitures. This included data restructure for the divesting component, report design, and organization restructure. The company was able to complete its divestiture program on schedule and cost.

• Cyber Security & Cloud Implementations: Led multiple efforts developing Cyber Security/risk mitigation strategies and developed approaches for use of cloud technology including mobile use, data schema design…

• Organizational Design & Change Management: restructured a company-wide operation for a services company. This included all functions, contracting and data maintenance through a new IT infrastructure. This included assessing and recommending a “best fit” IT support structure. A total saving of over $20MM was achieved. Managed multiple change management efforts for clients.

• CRM: Led multiple CRM efforts for clients that including information assessment and strategy, data consolidation and integration, strategic account modeling and IT implementations – e.g. Siebel, Oracle CRM…

• M&A: led multiple projects including: M&A strategy formulation for a US based industrial manufacturing company; Led pre-acquisition due diligence efforts for several companies: aluminum manufacturer, metals products manufacturer, medical device manufacturer; led post-acquisition restructuring efforts for domestic and international companies: several global consumer project companies, several industrial manufacturing companies all resulting in reduced cost and streamlined business process and organization structure.

• Shared Service Centers: led shared service center strategy, design and implementation projects

• Product Development Process: led re-design of manufacturing company product development process resulting in decreasing product introduction time from 2 years to less than 8 months
