AGILE TRANSFORMATION COACH 11/2023 TO CURRENT

As an Agile Coach, I partnered with corporate leadership to understand challenges and obstacles, interpret SOW requirements, and identify impediments to the transformation. The goal was to develop a shared vision and high-level roadmap to align business values.

Led the establishment of Agile Champions to generate further excitement and communicate the change and its impact to individuals and teams, anchoring on why the Agile transformation was necessary in the first place and helping align on shared understanding and strategy.
