Supply Chain Management:

Myntra Online Business need have more variants than the Show room business, so we need to keep more styles and wash with low depth to cover the allotted budget for the season.

I used to monitor the customer returns very closely and taken various steps of using Lycra fiber to keep the Elastane stable, fabric test, Garment test report etc.

Ensuring that the right product mix is available at the right time as per the sales forecast.

Achievements:

Based on the Sales I have replenished the goods with very short lead time and due to this the sales have improved much appreciable manner.

While I was working with Roadster Men’s Jeans Brand as a Sourcing category head it had turnaround from 0.6 million Pcs to 3 million pcs and I have reduced the cost from $ 6.5 to $5.3 within the span of 4 years.
