●Since 2002, I have been actively involved in the production and process planning of highly precise metal components on CNC machines.

●Capable of installing, commissioning, and operationalizing CNC turning centers, CNC milling machines, and CNC vertical turning centers.

●Proficient in creating CNC programs using G code, conversational programming, as well as CAD/CAM software. This includes process planning for fixtures, materials, drawings, tooling, and completed components and assemblies. Able to develop, write, and edit CNC programs (G code and conversational) as required.

●Skilled in developing and coordinating processes for the introduction of new products/prototypes using available company resources or selecting appropriate suppliers for subcontracted operations.

●Thoroughly inspect workpieces against specifications using measuring equipment such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines to ensure quality conformance.

●Provide support and coordinate with operators regarding setup, clamping, centering, and tool selection to improve efficiency and production.

●Assist in geometry calculations of blue prints, material determination, and translating instructions from computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs.
