Created a complete system from design to implementation and deployment for Odyssey of the mind. The system included many sub systems such as the invoice, sales, memberships, tournament, judges, volunteers, and misc registrations. All users will get their permissions based on their positions, and additional permissions can be granted by the user’s supervisor. All sub systems can be created and config from using the online administration page. This complete system remove the use of all paper registrations, and greatly improve the functionalities of the system. The system also provide many features such as mail merge, various reports for integrity and potential problems to remove the work load from the users. Automated process for database updates and backup, and daily tasks and reports. Help school teachers and volunteers to organize tournaments for teams participated on the program. Allow students to register their teams online for increase accuracy and efficiency.
