Information Technology Scrum Master provided IT Services (O&M, Development and DevOps) to the U.S. Senate Financial Services Program Office. A fast paced, extremely aggressive and delicate environment, where the customer was in an emergency state when we arrived. Due to the state of the projects when we took over our mission was to win their trust, resolve a variety of show stoppers in their main financial application and pipeline, as well as provide various enhancements, bug fixes and recommendations to their home grown Financial Management Application residing on a Red Hat OpenShift platform. Remote Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

Information Technology Project Manager for three projects whose purpose was upgrading and enhancing the Frontier Communications website Copper to Fiber buy flow process. This work provided a better service to the customer in terms of showcasing product offerings and capabilities, support services and customer experience.

Led daily defect triage call with Managers, Architects, QAs and Leads from each of the (12+) Teams needed to work through the various issues encountered during the main project’s final integration and testing phase which lasted months longer and was more complicated than anticipated
