I also worked on a fresh produce project where I developed and executed a marketing strategy for a local fresh produce company. This project resulted in a 30% increase in sales within the first quarter. Lastly, I designed and managed the development of a virtual reality platform for real estate tours. This project resulted in a more immersive and efficient experience for clients and real estate agents These projects have given me valuable experience in project management, team leadership, and creative problem-solving While training in project management I also took the Global Supply Chain and Operations class and Quality management. We learned how to implement PDSA by conducting multiple ongoing projects One of which was a Weight Loss program.
