As a team member, delivering top-notch customer service to each and every guest who enters the establishment is of utmost importance. Though not the most fulfilling job, it provided me with valuable lessons in interpersonal communication, which I consider to be essential. A fraternity's social chair is a dynamic, interesting role that greatly influences the group's internal camaraderie and social presence. The social chair is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing social events that bring members together and often strengthen the fraternity's relationships with alumni, other Greek organizations, and university groups. I've met people I never thought I would work with, learned how to negotiate with people, and enjoyed collaborating with others while creating a budget for the past year.
