Lead IWWG programming, membership, and fundraising strategies. Doubled membership from 500 to over 1,000 in three years; increased revenue by 30 percent. Launched mentorship program, and publications division, securing grant funding for all new programming. Editing and writing copy for all website and collateral materials. Developed global partnerships in Kenya, Ghana, and Bangladesh. Developed community partnerships for the mentorship program in Boston, New York, Tampa, and Philadelphia.

Secured $4 million per year in institutional and government funding and $8 million in major gifts.

Vice President, Marketing, Multicultural Hospitality Alliance – Providence RI (2004-2008) Reported to president and board of industry alliance for diversity and inclusion in the hospitality industry. Managed copy and editing for all website, public relations, marketing collateral, and industry conference and diversity workshops. Secured $1 million Department of Labor grant, and $2 million in corporate sponsorships to support DEI recruitment efforts and events.

International Brand Marketing Director, Reebok/Rockport (1998-2003) – Boston Responsible for all markets outside of the U.S. including a $10 million advertising budget. Supervised a team of two at headquarters and six in Asia, Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Managed global retail presence and international distributors, including store openings in Paris, Prague, Stockholm, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

Group Account Director, Ogilvy & Mather, Pepsi Asia Account (1992-1997)

Dual base in Hong Kong and Shanghai, responsible for the launch of Pepsi brands in the China market and $40 million advertising budget. Also responsible for the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
