Monitoring signs and symptoms of COVID-19, an if condition gets worse, would advise senior stuff or call for an ambulance.

Helping them access alternative care arrangements, if needed. Managed bed to chair transfers and bed turns for 50% of patients. Aided residents with everyday activities including mealtime,bathing, toileting,and Grooming. Followed national control guidelines, on how to use personal protective equipment when entering room of a person who had tested positive to COVID-19 and perfoming hand hygiene. Observe, monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.

Ensuring information regarding patients is kept in strictest confidence and documented accurately on daily reports sheets.
