Install and repair video, voice, and data services, including 1FB, managed

Performs installation and repairs on encoders/decoders, modulators, amplifiers, and taps.

Does site surveys to meet customer’s needs.

Required to oversee large installation projects.

Responsible for the installation and repair of inside wiring and jacks, including CAT5 or above, coaxial cable and fiber.

Tests functionality and isolates problems for products being installed and/or repaired using various test equipment.

Explains products and services to customers, works to resolve customer understanding of products and services, and uses customer contact opportunities to sell products and services. Also interfaces with customers in the resolution of customer problems.

Prepares customer’s bill for repair/installation work performed.
