Accountable for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
Successfully managed the following projects:
Main Distribution Frame (MDF) expansion to support a new ambulatory site. This project included the following disciplines: architectural design, structured cabling, networking, and telecom.
Infrastructure buildout for a new ambulatory site. This site included 11-Exam Rooms, 1-Phlebotomy Room, 1-New BDF Room, 1-Lobby/Waiting Room and 4-Medical Doctors Offices.
Training room renovation. This included the infrastructure buildout to support both local and remote training. This site included 20 student desks, 1 instructor desk and 4 mock doctor offices.

Successfully managed the following projects:
A new buildout to provide multiple offices access to the Northwell network.
COVID-19 buildouts of hospital provided tents during pandemic. This included: structured cabling, network switches, access points, telecom equipment and desktops.
Migration of the existing legacy TDM system to a VoIP solution for a hospital and campus.
Replacement of existing equipment to new Phillips Telemetry equipment on the Northwell enterprise network.
Infrastructure buildout of an emergency department.
Infrastructure buildout of a Orlin & Cohen office.
Buildout of a DAS solution utilizing AT&T as a design and implementation vendor. This technology will provide enhanced cellular coverage.
