EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Mr. Scully is a retired IBM/PMI certified project manager within IBM Global Services; for the last three years Kevin has been a volunteer/substitute teacher for adult math education in Erie County. He has spent over 43 years in Information Systems (20 years with IBM), and his background includes expertise in managing key projects delivering strategic business solutions. Since 2005, Mr. Scully has functioned as a Project Manager within the IBM Conversions & Migration/Data Relocation practices, managing server consolidation projects for clients such as American Express, Lincoln Financial, Belo Communications, and Reed Elsevier. Previously he was responsible for managing various application software upgrade projects on the NASCO and AT&T accounts. Prior to this assignment, he managed an engagement encompassing completion of a J.D. Edwards ERP implementation at a midwestern paper converter. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Scully functioned as a Project Manager, responsible for the completion of a J.D. Edwards financial systems implementation for a large county government. In addition, he has served as the acting CIO/MIS Director for a large aluminum producer. In this capacity he developed key information system and organizational initiatives needed to formalize a business vision and strategy for the next 3-5 years. As CIO, Mr. Scully managed the effort required to complete the implementation of a multi-platform ERP solution encompassing manufacturing, financial, and HR/Payroll organizations.

During his career, Mr. Scully has utilized his technical and management expertise to successfully implement software solutions utilizing both software packages and/or custom development. His skills include directing executive management through business strategies along with the planning and use of information technology to improve business processes. Mr. Scully has extensive experience utilizing a variety of methodologies to evaluate/select package software. He has also utilized various methods required to manage and direct the implementation of custom software solutions on a variety of hardware platforms.

He has experience with financial processes, discreet and process manufacturing, and wholesale distribution. Mr. Scully has developed in depth knowledge of financial applications including HR/Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
