I started out as a Medical Assistant while continuing in college for a few years, receiving my certification in Home Care administration work in 2000. I was an administrative assistant and billing assistant at JMA Placement Inc. until they closed due to the pandemic, and I was unable to continue with this position. Later I went on to achieve life skills by employment in the Medical Community. I received on-the-job training in Financial Banking, Medical Billing and Scheduling as well as Customer Appreciation for a job well done to receiving letters from Upper management on my exceptional work and customer service. My personality fits great in a Customer Service Position. I do enjoy helping people and treating those around me with respect. I live by that golden rule " treat others' as you would want to be treated".
