My name is Jayme Guay, I’m nineteen years old and recently moved to Denver for school. During high school I had multiple jobs while still being a full time student and taking college level classes. I was also a captain on the cheerleading team. I am a dedicated hard worker with a good work ethic. I’m well organized, flexible, adaptable and I know how to manage my time well. Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course

September 2020 - June 2021

- I worked as a cashier at a golf course cafe. I learned to clean dishes, stock the front, and plated food for dine in and to-go. As my first job learned my customer service skills.

TopGolf

January 2021 - July 2022

- The first three months working at Topgolf I was a food runner. I would run food on trays from the kitchen to the customers at their bays. I would help tray the food in the kitchen while also completing side work in the kitchen.

- I transferred over to guest services where I learned how to be helpful and attentive to customers. Being the first person you see at the establishment I made all the guest happy and make sure they enjoyed their stay. I gained more experience with computers like making reservations and checking in guest. I also gave tours of the bays and giving information to the customers and answered their questions. August 2021 - May 2022

- I was a server assistant for a busy steakhouse . I learned to be fast and effective while still helping customers. I welcomed guest into the restaurant and walked them to there table or took there name and add them to the waitlist. I also learned how to buss tables fast and have them be ready for more customers. February 2023- Currently working

- I became a server and completed my TIPS certificate and learned how to take orders from customers, used the ALOHA computer system, handled cash and credit cars transactions, make drink and also serve drinks from the bar, pre bus and buss and wipe my own tables. I learned to open and close server stations and complete side work during my sifts.
