Made sure orders where picked right according to computer. Made sure employees followed safety guide lines was taken seriously. Handled marketing sure that orders had the right paperwork on pallets and tracking was on the paperwork and freight. Talked to carriers like Saia,T force,Unis,UPS ground and UPS air,old dominion,KW,triple AA,Central,Yellow (yrc) about getting loads scheduled for pickup.
