Qualifications: Mr. Englehart, has a very diverse skill set that encompasses a very broad range of experience for approximately the last eight 1/2 years.

The various types of equipment and systems he is experienced with include the following, but are not limited to: Facilities Operations, Industrial Systems and Work Controls, Generators, Power Generation, Electrical Systems, Electrical Maintenance, Wiring, Troubleshooting Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Schematics Technical Support, Industrial Systems and Work Controls, Compressors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Pumps and Valves. During the various positions listed, he has constantly performed his duties in support of various Service Branches strictly adhering to all Department of Defense (DOD), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) / NAVOSH, and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Safety Protocols and Regulations put forth by the Customer.

He is also experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and recording the type and cost of maintenance and repair work, as well as generating and tracking the required Work Orders involved.

He is capable of performing all tasks in a Security Sensitive Environment while maintaining constant communication and interfacing with the customer as well as all other involved parties, often under Time Critical circumstances, and providing solutions regarding plan changes and discrepancies while generating any required reports.

One of Mr. Englehart’s hart’s most Valuable Skills is his ability to go from Site Level Communication and Interaction with those performing the physical work and Directly Package and Present it in an easily understandable format to those functioning at the Management / Command level and use of Diplomacy and Flexibility to work through conflicts that may arise during any time to ensure Forward Progress is Maintained.

Duties/Responsibilities: Mr. Englehart, oversaw the MISSION CRITICAL/TIME SENSITIVE installation of temporary backup power to the United States Army Pacific Command USARPAC Mission Command Facility (MCF) building number 601 (communications hub) on Ft. Shafter, Island of Oahu, Hawaii.

He took a 7 yr. stalled Project and completed the Project in 10 months on a Fixed Budget from Ground Breaking to Completion and Certification.

He was responsible for Coordinating the Construction, Installation or Rearrangement of Equipment and Building Facilities and/or Equipment and Machinery Maintenance for the Assigned Area, Maintaining Contact with and Directing Contractor Representatives and assisting in Resolving Discrepancies in Design Specifications, Verifying Labor Expended and Materials used and Inspecting Projects for Conformance to Engineering Standards and Codes, Building Techniques and Safety Practices, Estimating Percent Completion of Projects and Advising Designated Individuals of Cost Status, conducting Weekly Production meetings with the Customer/Vendor, maintaining a daily log and providing a Weekly Report of all activities pertaining to the project, and continually briefing the Program Manager and the Government Customer on the progress of the effort.

Upon Completion of the Project, Mr. Englehart was retained by USARPAC for 2 yrs./8months to enforce the Maintenance and Service Contract with the Vendor and ensure Standards were met as well as keeping detailed Documentation of these activities and acting as a Liaison between USARPAC and the Vendor.

During the duration of this position Mr. Englehart was also on 24/7/365 in an on call role.

Mr. Englehart, worked at the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA's) AEGIS Ashore facility located at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PRMF)/Barking Sands Ballistic Missile Test Range located on the Island of Kauai.

His responsibilities included overseeing the Facilities Plant Operations (not limited to): Diesel Generators, Switchgear, UPS, heating ventilation air condition (HVAC) Chill Water System, Cooling Towers, air handling units (AHUs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), Pumps, power distribution units (PDUs), computer room air-conditioning (CRAC) Units, LPACs, LPADs, Fire Life Safety Systems, Allerton Building Automation System, and interfacing with the U.S. Navy's Shipboard Universal Control Consoles (UCC), in a Mission Critical Role involving monitoring 24/7/365 Power Generation Assurance, and Chiller Plant Functionality Assurance.

He is responsible for testing Operational Readiness at the Customer's Request. He is responsible for logging physical checks, annotating and reporting incidents and irregularities to Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government.

Mr. Englehart, worked at the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Submarine Training Command at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor on the Island of Oahu. As part of a small team responsible for the Preventative Maintenance, Repair, and Daily Operational Readiness Testing of various Training Simulators in Direct Support of the Training of Submariners, he functioned at the level of Electro-Mechanical Technician 1.

He was fully qualified to perform and participate in the full scope of the preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) schedule involved with the upkeep and functioning of the facility and all associated Simulators and Equipment.

He possesses the skills of a Naval Fire Fighter and is trained in damage Control as it pertains to the Submarine Service of the Fast attack Class. He also has working knowledge of the VLS (Vertical Launch System)

His responsibilities were (but not limited to): assisting Electronic Technicians with all Target Preventative and Corrective Maintenance actions, Installing Technical Test Equipment and installation of Cabling for Cameras, and Player units in various Tactical Vehicles.
