Customer Service Representative Tom's 24 Hour Towing, Inc. - Elkhart, IN August 2023 to Present

1.Answer multi-line telephone system in order to respond quickly to customer's emergencies.

2.In charge of 25 different accounts. As well as sending out monthly billing statements for their Accounts Payable Departments.

3.I use google maps, manage database records, and file paperwork daily in order to assist my accounts as well as non-account customers with their towing questions/needs.

4.I receive, store and release impounded vehicles and related property for customers.
