Assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care, bathing, dressing,meal preparation, and assisting with activities.

Following care plans to ensure individualised care for each client. Assisting patients with toileting needs and help with catheterisation and also promoting mobility either at home or outside.

Performing patient observations; temperature such pulse and respirations following a period of appropriate training and assessment

Assisting in the moving and handling of service user ensuring that they are moved safely in line with organisational guidelines and policies
