-I have always seen myself as a “mini mom”, so the idea of nannying was almost fun to me. The Wilzcek household is home to three children, ranging from ages 16 months to 9 years old. My job as the receptionist was to make calls to suppliers in regards to orders, organize the office area, and read through and forward emails. This occupation has taught me the mentality that “my job is never done”, there is always something to finish. Now that I am attending university I have transferred to work remotely.

-Within LA Fitness my job ranges from validating that everyone entering the club has a valid membership, maitainig the cleanliness of the club, and assisting the members with their needs or questions. Furthermore, I also make frequent phone calls in order to clear billing discrepancies within our database. Customer service is one of the key components to this occupation, as I am the first person they are met with upon entering, or the one who answers the phone.
