Job profile:

A responsible Production and Quality control engineer in preparing project requirements and

managing the stage wise production process.

Roles and responsibilities:

Follow up from initial stage (raw material procurement) to final stage (dispatch to site)

Monitoring the execution in all stages of the project. Identifying constrains/risk & clearing

it by discussing with top level management/client.

Undergoing process inspections and ensuring packing quality in dispatch

Reviewing Project requirement & creating project delivery schedule

Handling of customers and getting clearance in the respective stages

Overseeing the identification of all parts/components used in production process to

ensure traceability

In-charge of archiving all quality related administrative records and documentation

Preparation of Cutting plans and arranging the necessary equipment for day to day work.

Inspecting the profile after blasting is completed followed by each coat of painting
