Description: Asurion is a company that provides insurance for smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics, appliances, satellite receivers and jewelry. The purpose of this project is to handle Retail claims in Asurion’s Dynamics 365 (D365) from Service Bench application and get it repaired by Asurion’s preferred vendor and invoice it by ACH/WIRE/CHECK and LOCAL Check method of payments.

Responsibilities:

Reviewed and recognized the business requirement documents (BRD) of the project.

Developed RTM to trace the client requirements ensured that all the test cases are identified, and functionalities are covered.

Created test scenario document assigned priorities to all functionalities and number of test cases.

Validated all functionality of the MMP web application modules and ensured it worked according to the specifications.
