I am an ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience in general ophthalmology including

refractive and contact lens services willing to serve as a full scope of practice prescribing optometrist

(medical Ophthalmology) in the position I am applying for. To the best of my knowledge there is

nothing in the scope of optometry practice that I cannot do with confidence. I no longer perform
