Analyze daily loan submissions, income and credit profiles prior to underwriting loans

Facilitate intake to gather information and underwrite loans

Maintain and support the relationship between the Account Representative and brokers

Interact with brokers on all new loan approvals to review terms, pricing and conditions

Conduct Customer Service and sales at a regional bank branch, including tillering, personal banking, and commercial sales

Process advances/payments for customers visiting customers as a Teller/Personal Banker

Manage relationships with current and new customers, including handling all difficult situations

Provide excellent Customer Service by simultaneously fielding phone calls and assisting walk in customers
