Work with Controls Engineers and Production Management to solve all RPC Castings departmental controls and maintenance issues.

•Program and troubleshoot Rockwell Studio 5000 PLC logic.

•Monitor emissions by tracking all emissions data via CEMS DCS system the WestRock Paper mill.

•Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and calibration of 34 Teledyne API Continuous Emissions Analyzers. Performed all monthly, quarterly, and yearly scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

•Emissions systems responsible for: TRS, O2, NOX, SO2, CO Low, CO High, Opacity, and Flow (SCAM). As well a Continuous Particulate Monitoring System.

•Ensure all systems comply with EPA standard part 60 and part 75, as well Boiler Mac.

•Gas analyzers calibrated daily via gas standards.

•Keep inventory of all gas standards (NIST) and parts in house. As well as the parts to be added into inventory.

•Keep all paperwork up to audit standards via Bea mix

•Perform CGA's, and RATA's testing on all CEMS, Opacity and Flow analyzers. Records kept for EPA.

•Travel as field service technician. Troubleshoot emissions probe systems, different types of pumps, and emissions analyzers.

•Used Lab View to study the vibration of the nose of the spaceship with six fiber optic sensors designed to vary the voltage depending on the distance changes.
