Manage technical and non-technical projects (Waterfall and Agile) for software development, process improvement and workflow efficiency for client companies in a variety of industries. Manage all aspects of the projects and end user training. Conduct needs analysis, gather requirements, manage budgets, and create technical specifications. Lead teams, negotiate with vendors, and manage stakeholder communication. Maintain project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
IT Project Manager Client: ICF (Global Advisory and Technology Services Provider)
-Manage electrification incentive technical web-based software projects for utility clients including Con Edison, RECO, Orange & Rockland. These projects are for utility customers to find contractors and retailers to obtain and use $200M in incentives / coupons to switch their home heating and appliances to electric. Lead a dedicated team, gathered requirements, managed stakeholder communications, maintained project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
IT Project Manager Client: Shearman & Sterling (Global Law Firm) (Several projects over 2 years 8 months. – 2 samples below)
-Global software installation and training project for financial services. This project involved installing software on all multi-function printers to automatically bill clients for photocopies produced. This resulted in increased revenue and efficiency for the firm. Managed all aspects of the software installation, rollout, and user training.
-Software upgrade and training project for Shearman & Sterling. Managed all aspects of the software installation, rollout, and user training of new Accounts Receivable software to be used in all international office locations.
Project Manager Life’s WORC (NPO)
-Software project utilizing UB04 forms to receive $300K+ in government funding. Lead a team of 6 to design and deploy the software to fill out forms correctly with minute alignment details to avoid rejection. 100% of the forms were accepted and monies/funds were received. Project Manager Client: Nature’s Bounty (manufacturer of vitamins & supplements)
-Healthcare Manufacturing & Training project to increase productivity by working with engineers, mechanics, and business leaders to create the most efficient OPIs (Operating Instructions) for equipment on strategic lines in the plant. Administered all aspects of the Agile project leading a team of up to 11 people. Managed the development of over 220 OPIs. Exceeded expectations by delivering 71 OPIs (32%) over the original scope. Process improvement projects for multiple departments of Purolator International, an international freight forwarding company.
