Directed the Wingate Delinquency Reduction Program, a company procedure to reduce outstanding monthly rent of all residential multifamily properties within Wingate. Consistently reduced starting 1M$ monthly delinquency to $200,000-$300,000.

Served as the first point of contact for all capital improvement projects between C-Level Executives and on-site staff. Specifically in facilitating a 3M underground pipe project to enhance the multifamily property's curb appeal and structural integrity from start to finish.
