I wrote correspondence and worked closely with all Executive Staff including Federal Judges and Attorneys. I used all office equipment. I answered phones.

1998-2001 National Fines Office USDOJ/INS Rosslyn Va Fines Assistant; In this capacity I scanned voluminous Shipping Fines into a Database and established a record keeping system. I also provided travel and reimbursement for FINES OFFICERS. I kept a petty cash fund of $1000.00. I drove the company van and maintained its operations. I answered phones.

1994-1998 USDOJ IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE Washington DC Office of Public Affairs OFFICE AUTOMATION CLERK in this capacity I assembled the MORNING NEWS CLIPS copied and supplied the EXECUTIVE STAFF including the COMMISSIONER and CHIEF of STAFF. I was an informal liaison to the OFFICE of CONGRESSIONAL AFFAIRS. I wrote and contributed to the NATIONAL INS Newsletter the INS COMMUNIQUE feature articles on such topics as the Helicopter Patrol, El Paso Sector, The Mountain Bike Patrol, Tucson Sector and the MOUNTED Horse Patrol, San Diego Sector. I routinely took calls from MEDIA OUTLETS such as NYT WSJ WASH POST DALLAS MORNING NEWS and referred them to appropriate PRESS OFFICERS. I used all office machinery.I answered phones.
