Created, trained, and implemented of an FAA-wide Learning Content Management System. Wrote technical curriculum for OJT for rail controllers.

Managed a $2.5M program to redesign a new curriculum for the Army Sexual Harassment and Abuse Reporting Program (SHARP) to reflect modern practice. Rewrote all training material.
