Technical Director of Cost Analysis 11/2019 to 08/2023 Designed the costing system from the ground up to align cross functional partners and business goals. Standardized cost data, created KIP reports for historical reference, completed the costing manual and provided training sessions to different teams in NY and China.

Updated packaging SOPs using 50% less paper in avg which proved to be safe and efficient, applied to 100% of handbags and accessories, then helped expand the process to footwear; also implemented a variant applicable to some products that improved the visibility of these products at in the stock room.

• Replaced traditional materials with sustainable options eliminating foam by 100%, plastic by 95% and improving transportation cost by using flat product packaging techniques, which saved 50% from the original cost. Worked on Strategic models to improve the business cycles.

• Proposed a reduction of the products’ calendar lifecycle by consolidating the two strongest seasons with their adjacent less strong ones, assuming a strategic product offer to keep products interesting and enhanced the stronger seasons with innovative ideas.

• Completed “Production back to Americas”: A strategic study that compared production cost and sample comparisons between Asia and Colombia-Brazil.
