Sales Support and Shipping. This is my sister-in-law's company doing Online Antique Auctions. I assist customers with payment options, concerns and logistics for pick- ups/deliveries and other shipping options. I also pitch in and locate, pick and pack items in our warehouse for shipping to customers. I also do light accounting (very light) and data entry when needed.

ACCC INSURANCE COMPANY- Houston Texas

Admin Support. I worked as an Administrative Support Clerk, assisting the company’s Outside Sales Reps in their jobs. I was responsible for assisting our customers

(Independent Insurance Agents) in finding coverage answers, forms needed and answering any questions they might have about the company. I was essentially a personal assistant for a certain number of Outside Sales Reps assigned to me. Much of this was light data entry, scheduling some appointments and light spreadsheet entry (mostly sales goaling versus actual sales). I left when the company went into Receivership and had to close down. February 2010 to June 2020

BUILDERS INSURANCE COMPANY

Senior Accountant. I was part of the Accounting team for an Insurance Company specializing in Commercial Completion Guarantee Contracts and Subdivision Builders, etc. I enjoyed this job but eventually the stress became more than I wanted to continue dealing with. I decided to try something away from Accounting to save my sanity really. April 2005 to December 2009
