RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work On Desalination Plant and Demineralization plant to ensure availability of demineralized water to Main Boier. Working As A Safety Controller Upto 380v Single Ended Circuit for Creating, Issuance Suspend and Clearance Of Work Permits.

Hands On Experience of Work Permit Sytem on Nicoft and Maximo Version 7.6.1.2. Responsible for Safe Operation of Desal, Demin And Condensate Polishing Plant and chemically treatment of waste water plant.

Responsible For Lock Out Tag Out And Try Out Of All Plant And Apparatus Upto 6.6 Kv Circuits. Responsible For Implementation Of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Policy Of The Company During The Respective Shift.

Accountable For Safe, Economical & Trouble Free Operation & Safe Emergency Handling By Providing Effective Leadership

& Coordination At Interdepartmental level.

Monitor And Records 12 Hourly Readings And Trouble Shooting For Equipment And Report Defects In Maximo. Working As a Additional CRO for Startup and Shutdown of Main Boiler And Turbine. Cold/Warm/Hot Start Up And Shut Down In Normal And Emergency Of Main Boiler, Turbine And Auxiliary Systems In Accordance With NTS From WAPDA.

In Case Of Emergency Start Up Of Diesel Generators And Mandatory Auxiliaries. Perform Plant Testing Activities To Ensure Reliability Of Emergency Devices And Stand By Equipment. Satisfactorily Complete The Required Plant Training Program Within The Established Time Frames. Follow The Operational Instructions And Other Procedures To Achieve Safety From The System. Control And Operate Auxiliary Equipments, Such As Pumps, Fans, Compressors, Condensate, Feed Water System To Supply Water, Fuel, Lubricants, Air And Auxiliary Power. Operation Of MAXIMO Version 7.6.1.2 Software For Power Plant Maintenance Management System, Repoting Unsafe Act And Conditions And Defect Raising System.

Work As Emergency Squad Member As Per Emergency Response Procedure And Ensures Plant, Personnel & Community Safety By Effective Rescue & Containment Operations In Case Of Emergency Or Fire.
